|Subject: Re: Canada Crossing|
When crossing into Canada, the earlier in the day the better before the lineups start. If you are coming up I-5 from Seattle, when you get very close to the border there are two crossings you can take. Generally the Truck Crossing is less busy (it isnt JUST for trucks). Around the town of Mt. Vernon start listening to 1130AM radio. It is an All News station and every 10 minutes it gives the road report for Vancouver including the border crossing waits. They will tell you what the Peace Arch crossing (the one EVERYONE seems to use that isnt in the know) is like as well as the Truck Crossing. It could save you some significant time especially if you arent at the border early in the day.
