I woud agree with those who suggested Grove Park Inn. Spectacular views, worth a visit even if you aren't dining there.

Another possibility, if it is open for lunch (I'm not sure) is the restaurant at the Richamond Hill Inn. My brother-in-law gave his parents a gift certificate for room and dinner there and they agreed with the critics who consistently rave about the food.
