Hi Ziners,

Our paper printed a list of Customer Service fo several airlines just last week. This is a list to treasure. I, too, have used this info to write to US Airways after an agent was very rude to me on the phone. As I had the info about the ticket I booked, US Air was able to trace the agent, and I got the nicest letter of apology I have ever received and subsequent calls to US Airways couldn't have been nicer.
