Subject: American Airlines cabin crews

We flew American for the first time on our Thanksgiving Costa Rica trip and were very impressed with cheerfulness, efficiency, and general good-naturedness (is that a word?) of the cabin crews on all four flights! It's been a long time since we've experienced such overall good service. And this was especially noteworthy since every plane was packed full with holiday travellers. A cheer for American!
