What your husband did sounds like a great idea. George took some old underwear and socks to Italy last year and it was fun for both of us to litter his bits of underwear throughout the country. Great not to worry about mounds of laundry, and gave me some extra room for the gifts too. We're planning to do the same in Greece next year. I'll mention what you did, I see some walking shoes with possibilities as we speak.......I mean write.........
