Subject: Multi-purpose wrist watches
Hi, Two years ago our adult son gave Bill one of these multi-function wrist watches. He found it fascinating--whoever he is travelling with now hears the current altitude shouted out very frequently!!--so the next year Bill gave the same watch to our son. None of us could get along without it while travelling--it does so many things: altimeter, barometer, thermometer, day/date, time, alarm, stopwatch, maximum and minimum height recorder, etc. Ours came from Campmor in the $150 range, accompanied by a 50+ page instruction book! Anyone want to know the height of the 7th of the ll hot springs at Tabacon, Costa Rica?!? Cheers, Pat in Baltimore
