The restaurant in Cornwall (Padstow) you referred to is called The Seafood

Rick Stein, it has been a joy to watch him cooking fish on UK television, he
is so passionate about it, I wish I liked fish!! I did do a mussel recipe
of his for Geoff and it was a great deal better than your cold canned
mussels!! Yuck, you can't win them all.
