|Subject: Weather in Rome|
Rome enjoys a mediterranean climate with not too much rain and mild
End of March can anyhow bring some nasty surprise, like strong wind and
don't forget to take raincoat or windbreakers and dress in layers. On a
sunny day you'll
probably end wearing shortsleeves only!
Rome will be very crowded. Watch out for pickpockets, gypsy girls gangs and street vendors or gamblers! Try to eat as Romans do: pizzerias, small unflashy trattorias and family restaurants, as meals can be very expensive. Never order a food which doesn't fit the place, i.e. seafood at a pizzeria, even if it's on the menu. Have a nice vacation.
