I completely agree with Joanna about the restaurant Archaion geyseis
and they have a web page : http://www.arxaion.gr
We spent a great time there, since the owner is very nice.
The food is incredible, so good and very well served.
The atmosphere is wonderful and in the menu there is a rich explanation
of the history and the ancient recipes they use to serve.
