You probably won't like to miss Provence and Cote d' Azur in France, which
will be wonderfully empty of tourists in fall. There are so many places to
see and you only need to point out your intersets: art, shightseeing, food
and much more can be found all around.
In Italy one of the most favourite spots is the lake area north of Milan,
Lake Maggiore and Lake Como, which have a mild climate throughout the year.
The Veneto region (Verona, Vicenza, Padua and Venice) is full of memories
and very well suitable for day trips departing from one of these cities.
Have a good planning!
