|Subject: Passport Control at Charles DeGaulle Airport|
FOR CONTINUATION OF TRAVEL FROM THE USA TO DESTINATIONS IN FRANCE.
A word about Passport Control at Charles DeGaulle Airport: If you land at Terminal C (as do most international flights from what I understand) there is always is a huge line to get through Passport Control in that terminal. An AirFrance attendent gave us a huge hint:
Go downstairs one flight (there is a stairway) (do not go through passport control in this terminal) Take the bus (free) to terminal B (it takes about 5 minutes) Go through Passport control there - We walked through - there was no line at all, and apparently, there never is any. Then, walk back to terminal D (which is where most AirFrance domestic flights leave from) This will take you another 5 minutes.
(we have waited in line for more than 45 minutes sometimes in terminal C - and have missed planes trying to get this done.)
