Subject: Re: Paris
Dear Debby,

Weatherr cold!! in 30s and 40s, sometimes in 50s, mostly cloudy, with sun coming through in afternoon, rain sometimes at night and early morrning.

Restaurants we found and loved: Chez Francis on Place de l'Alma (which turned out to be the road over the tunnel where Princess Di died. We enjoyed the French atmosphere very much, and they have menu in ENglish. I think about $30 per person for three courses and wine

Les Bistrots de l'Etoile, 75, avenue Niel, 17th arrondissement. Can go without reservations. Food marvelous and let maitre d pick out your wine, he picked out a red and white for us that were both fabulous. Small, intimate. Chef-owner, Guy Savoie owns five restaurants in Paris, this is one that isn't quite as expensive as some of the others, yet as good. About $40 per person for three courses and wine.

Cafe Marly at the Louvre, sit outside (heated patio) it overlooks the Louvre.

I just got back last night (26th March). Have a wondeerful time, I love that city.
