Update on what I sent last night--the big problem we encountered in foreign countries was the three key manipulation required to get at the @ sign. It seemed to be different in each country. Also getting to things like the comma were also a three key manipulation. One other thing was that letters were placed in different locations so fast typing was not possible for some of us.
