This is not intended to be a comercial, however it is newsworthy...
Biztravel.com announced this week that it will be offering $100 refunds for
lights that arrive more than 30 minutes late, $200 for delays of an hour or
more, and full refunds for delays of more than two hours or flight day
cancellations, due to something other than mechanical problems.
Biztravel books for American, Continental, US Airways (soon to be United),
British Airways and Air France.
I have personally never used their site, but it might give some satisfactions
for those who seem to be so concerned over travel delays.
