|Subject: Re: re: Thanks Everyone..Paris Restaurants|
Details will be coming in our travelogues, but we ate at one restaurant in the latin quarter called Le Coup Chou; small place, inside an old house, with beamed ceiling and a huge fireplace. Food was delicious, and the ambiance was outstanding. The meal with wine ran us just over 600 Francs, pretty good for Paris.
The other restaurant was part of the Les Freres Blancs consortium, http://www.blanc.net and was called La Fermette Marbeuf 1900. Food here was exceptional as was the service, cost with wine was about 650 Francs. My wife and I are still debating between Le Coup Chou and La Fermette Marbeuf as our best experience. The food at Marbeuf was a bit better, but the ambiance at Le Coup Chou was unbeatable.
Will let you know about others in our travelogues.....
