Spoleto end this Sunday, June 11.

I have two recommendations for places to stay unless you have your favorites.

Lodge Alley Inn, soon to become a time share (sob, and we have not been there yet) The website has specials.

......and where we are staying --the Inn at the Market , a neat place over Henry's restaurant, a place to park (Glory Be!!!). We found this fantastic place a year ago, run by two young people who have developed a great place to stay. If you choose this place be sure to tell them that Ray and Gretchen sent you. They have taken a barren place and developed a divine B and B with 5 huge to small rooms, a nice breakfast, rooms to die for--all different. We have been there twice, room 5 and another one, and going to experiece another one this Friday to close Spoleto. (I am not sure Spoleto is a good idea--I think we will have to eat out of the cooler due to huge crowds at reataurants. )

The owners, Michelle and Tom, havewonderful info, and I am talking too much.

Have a great time and it is still not too humid down here, yet.

Gretchen from South Carolina.
