|Subject: Slow food|
Hi you all and Peter,
I read the whole program of Salone del Gusto some weeks ago, and then I threw it in the waste paper basket(sob...)
Unfortunately my wife considers out of discussion going to another town (and spending money for this), and spending a whole day in an exhibition hall just to taste some food.We definitely have different attitudes towards these sibaritic pleasures...
Out of my personal problems,I can confirm that the Salone del Gusto is an exhibition that draws year after year more people to Turin, since it's a great occasion for getting to know the specialty food that is prepared maybe just in one small area or town, and not only for italian food;there will be many culinary exchanges with different countries worldwide.
Ciao and have a nice summer
