|Subject: Re: Travel/Motion sickness|
I suffered car sickness when a child and then seemed to grow out of it.
However, in the last 5 years I've suffered terribly on boats, busses and
sometimes in cars if I don't sit in the front.
I've tried the drug gravol, which is probably dramamine but I'm not sure. It knocks me out and I feel terrible, but I don't get sick. The sea bands work, though on long bus trips or ferry rides that go over 4 hours, they start to cut off circulation and pain the arms. Which is what prompted my question. i thought i might find another good tip that would be better for long rides.
Are you sure you had the bands on properly? They have helped both my husband and me. Maybe we'll get a suggestion that will help you too. Cheers Collette Saunders
