Subject: RE: Jet Lag
Hi Jerry,

I'm sure John will respond (I remember reading a post from him on this subject years ago on another list) but wanted to say that I have on occasion used Malatonin to readjust my body clock after returning from a long trip abroad. I have a bottle of 3 mg (3000 mcg) tablets and the instructions say to take one tablet at bedtime. I don't remember ever needing Melatonin for more than a couple of days.

I hesitate to say this for fear I might jinx myself, but lately I've suffered very little from the time change upon returning. However, after flying to Europe, I do notice that I get tired earlier - but that's a good thing, especially since I don't travel with my computer, which is my companion here when I can't sleep. :-)
