|Subject: Dishes we've brought home|
I'm curious as to other Ziners who have enjoyed a dish while traveling
and endeavored to add it to their cooking repertoire. For example, I'm
in the middle of preparing a Spanish tortilla or tortilla de patatas.
A great snack which is ubiquitous throughout Spain's tapas bars.
Other dishes I've loved while traveling and added to my rotation of meals:
Catalan spinach, Csirke paprikas (paprika chicken), chiles relleno with homemade salsa verde.
How about it? Anybody else moved to try and duplicate dishes savored while traveling?
