Hi, have used Untours twice, once the Prague, Budapest, and Vienna tour and last year on my own Locarno Switzerland, both were great, you have the freedom of doing what you want, with support if you have a problem. The apartments were great, you can do your own meal if you want. They have added options, like ballet, symphony etc. only if you want. Will use them again next year for Netherlands.
