Dear Debbie, How could anyone not like Panforte. Before I went to Italy I made my own. Then when I got there and tried the Panforte in the local bakeries, it was to die for. I brought all I could carry back with me and it was gone all too soon. The panforte I had was from Sienna, where it all started. It is hard to find in the States but I have been persistant and have found some. Even got some by the slice (the very thick ones just sold in bakeries by the slice) Carol from Davis
