|Subject: November in San Diego|
The weather can be absolutely beautiful in November or have spurts of rain. I definitely hope you put Torrey Pines State Park on the top of your list to visit. I am a beach person, so I love long walks on the beach, particularly at La Jolla Shores. Also take the 25 mile Scenic Drive for an overview of how different San Diego can be and how beautiful its vistas. To see animals up close the San Diego Zoo and the Wild Animal Park are musts. I prefer the Wild Animal Park. Good water resturants are Anthony's at the Embarcadero or its more expensive sister the Star of the Sea Room. If you chose one of these, ensure you walk the length of the Embarcadero to Sea Port Village. If you get tired, you can take a bicycle cab back.
There is a wonderful ocean walk in the heart of the village of La Jolla. The La Jolla Cave is still open to visitors. Plus you will see tidepool life and a protected seals area. If you like fish, the Birch Aquarium is a great place to visit, plus you will love the views.
Hope holiday! Donna A. San Diego
