Subject: Italian lessons in Roma
Curlee,

Sounds like you have a great trip planned. You will enjoy your Italian lessons, I am sure. Two years ago, I went with a friend to Florence to study for two weeks and it was so helpful - we did 6 hours a day of one-to-one instruction. I have never been so tired... But I would suggest that you don't combine your one hour of individual instruction with your husband's. You will have different problems, especially if you are at different levels and he is confusing French and Italian. Four people trying to talk together is not going to teach you nearly what one hour alone with a teacher will. Good luck and have a great trip.
