I detect some snobbery about fast food, as well as some stereotyping.
What's wrong with Chick-filla for instance? Good chicken, all real ingredients -- you can get a detailed leaflet in fact about the health value, etc.
Or Hardee's fried chicken? It's great, and not expensive.
Not hard to go on. It's not all junk, and the fact that it is fast can be useful. We don't all always have time to spend an hour or more eating.
When I'm on the continent I almost always eat local food, not American chains. But I don't shun pizza in Italy just because it's fast food, or crepe stands, etc. etc.
