|Subject: Amsterdam in April|
I've only been to Amsterdam once, but if you're going in April you'll most likely enjoy the Keukenhof Gardens and the Aalsmeer Flower Auction. It's the right time for the tulip fields, and seeing how they sell the flowers
(from the field through the auction house to the florist in one day) in the most professional way you can imagine. Every time I see the chaos on the floor of the stock market, I am reminded that they could take a page from the Flower Auction's book.
We took a boat ride on the canals, of course. There's more, but we were with a large group and I know you'll do different things on your own than we did.
The weather should be good. We were there in mid-March, and it was pretty cold.
