I just returned from London and I got an unbelievably low rate
at the Hotel Russell ($107US for a double room, incl. breakfast for
2) through a site called http://www.abouthotel.com. I know they also offer
the Cumberland - it may be just as reasonable. If you want more info
on the Russell, let me know.
