Subject: Thailand & Singapore

Many years ago my husband stayed at the Raffles Hotel and raved about the Birds Nest Soup.......yes, made out of a real bird's nest! He brought back a beautiful evening coat of satin, brocade, and hand stiched. I was a size 8 in 1959, but now it just sits in the closet! It still is as pretty as the day he brought it back to me from Singapore. Fond memories. Elaine
