Agree with Savannah, also Charleston (especially the Middleton Plantation)with so many wonderful restaurants. Portsmouth, N.H. was one of our favorite spots before I was widowed; on that little short bit of coast New Hampshire has. There is the Strawbery Banke restoration done by the same man who did Wmsburg. and a gem of a little restaurant on the water (if it's still there - worth calling) called the Blue Onion - two seatings only, so you must have reservations. Also John Paul Jones' home. It's just a neat little town. Other good restaurants though I don't recall names.

Happy trip. Lou
