We have always really liked the California Café in Ft Lauderdale (at Pier 66) on A1A, driving south, west side of the street, just before the Causeway bridge, (74th?? st -- I'll check) -- We haven't been to Fl in 2 years, but it was always consistently good! (Ask for a table facing the yachts! -- maybe it's called the porch?) Also the Bimini Boatyard used to have terrific informal food - outside is best as it gets very noisy!!! They used to have a Cobb salad that was really the best! Regards, Susie Newton
