|Subject: Re: Hotels and B&Bs in Eastham, Cape Cod?|
My recommendations for accommodations on the Outer (Real) Cape:
All prices are estimated for 2 people per room per night for the high summer season (June 21- Sept 15). Some places rent a cheaper per night rate by the week.
$170+ 1. The Whalewalk Inn (Eastham, MA) http://whalewalkinn.com 800-440-1281 or (508) 255-0617 Fabulous Inn/B&B in a great and quiet location 2. The Captain's House Inn of Chatham (Chatham, MA) http://www.captainshouseinn.com 800-315-0728 or (508) 945-0127 This Inn and the following one are great Inns/B&B in the beautiful village of Chatham. Crowded town in the peak season but can walk to fabulous village shops and harbor where you can explore the Monomoy Islands 3. The Queen Anne Inn (Chatham, MA) http://www.queenanneinn.com 800-545-4667 or (508) 945-0084
$135+ The Penny House Inn (Eastham, MA) http://www.pennyhouseinn.com 800-554-1751 or (508) 255-6632 A very nice Inn/B&B located on busy Route 6 but a great central location for exploring the Outer Cape
Motels: 1. The Cove (Orleans, MA) $109+ http://www.thecoveorleans.com 800-343-2233 0r (508) 255-1203 Central location in Orleans on the town Cove 2. Seaside Village Motel (North Truro, MA) $88+ You're almost to the tip of the Cape in Provincetown and on landfill, but this motel is one in a string of many ticky-tacky motels on this beach strip where the waves splash on your door in a storm or very high tide. Faces the sunset over the water.
