In Chatham, I would add http://www.cranberryinn.com which has been restored by its current owners, the Defords. Reservations are highly recommended. A quiet, but also recently restored inn is the Bradford which is owned by the Chatham Wayside Inn, but which does not have a dining room. See http://www.waysideinn.com.
