Amelia,

I have been to Doc Wilkinson's in Calistoga, as well as some of the more natural ones (aromatherapy, etc.). My personal preference is for the works at Doc Wilkinson's, including the mud bath. At first the place seemed old and worse for the wear, but once inside, it all was fine. It is so relaxing, especially the hot mud part. I remember it all taking a couple of hours. After the mud, there is a mineral bath, then a massage. There are lots of good restaurants close by.

Have fun.
