Subject: Chicago restaurants

On our most recent excursion to Chicago, we had opportunity to eat at the Italian Village (71 West Monroe St 312.332.7005). Actually 3 restaurants in 1 complex. We ate at the more upscale Vivere and had an absolutely fantastic meal with great wine.

In term of Thai food, we ate a place called Vong (6 West Hubbard 312.644.8664) which was also out of this world.

I have eaten at the Frontera Grill (very good Mexican cuisine) and did have a good experience; as well as a place called Scoozi which is part of a chain of restaurants, but does have good food at a reasonable price and a lively atmosphere.
