Hello Covadonga:
You asked about what to see/do in a limited time in Warsaw. Definitely spend time in the rebuilt Old Town Square and area immediately around it, including the remnants of the Old Town Walls. The Royal Palace, which is right there, does tours. Wilanow (Palace) is also open for tours. However, it is not very close to the Old Square. Lanienki Park has Chopin concerts in the summer, on Sundays, I think. Warsaw can be pretty gray and grim, but it is changing and looking a lot better. You just have to seek out the little enclaves of beauty and/or interest. (Everything is interesting, but I hope you know what I mean.) Remember that it was almost totally destroyed in WWII.
