Subject: RE: travel light?

When we drove across South America two years ago, we were limited to one bag of less than 2,000 cu. inches for three weeks worth of clothing, mosquito netting, etc. I wished that I had the plastic bags then. What saved us was clothing that could washed in the evening and dry enough to be worn the next morning. Good thing the fashion police could not find us.
