This was formerly the Orion Eden, converted from a Cinema. It is perfectly located on Praca dos Restauradores, near Rossio. Metro, taxi rank and bus stops outside, two minutes to trams.

It has well equipped, self catering apartments and studios, air conditioned etc. and from memory, reasonably priced.

If, like us, you want to get the feel of the city, having breakfast at cafes where commuters stop on their way to work, and choosing at random from a myriad of restaurants in the evening, exploring the city on foot and public transport, this is worth a try.
