We don't spend a lot of time in Lincoln Park, other than to go to the zoo, walk around and look at the beautiful homes, and visit the museum of the Chicago Historical Society, as parking has been so awful, but that's changing. There's a new parking lot at the corner of Clark and LaSalle, and there's also a FREE Lincoln Park Trolley, that goes from Lincoln Park to downtown.
