Subject: What to see with one week in Wales

Greetings fellow travelers. I wish to visit Wales as many of my ancestors migrated from there last century. I have a week in the Spring for the trip. I am looking for suggestions as to the High Points of Wales as well as suggestions for lodging and food. Thank you, Raul
