For the uninitiated, frappé is iced coffee, Greek-style. Typically made with Nescafé Classico instant coffee, I prefer it without any sweetener at all. In an electric blender, combine a heaping teaspoon of coffee, 4 or 5 ice cubes, a splash of condensed milk and about 3/4 cup of ice water. Blend until ice is well crushed and pour into a clear glass. Sip slowly through a straw as the coffee-ice melts.
