|Subject: Frappe' and frullato and others|
frappe' in Italy is a milkshake, but less thick and with less ice as you know it in the USA
frullato is milk, little ice and fresh fruits shaken together, with or without sugar
lassi: I tried to make it at home, after a recipe found on a Hare Krishna cooking book (for real!) but it was a failure. BTW the yoghurts sold in Italy are very different from the ones in Greece, much less fat and cream. I guess it's a matter of taste and eating habits. You probabnly find the Italian milk less tasty than the Dutch one too.
Well, we have great food, but we can't have it all, and we don't have brownies or baklava!!!
