My husband and I loved Brussels! Great beer and chocolate, for starters :-)
When we were there on Sunday night -- our last night -- we were walking back
to our hotel, and all of a sudden, we heard classical music booming from a
loud speaker, and there was a light show, on the buildings in the Grand
Place, with dancing lights in rhythm to the music. It was very stirring and
beautiful. We'll never forget it and would love to go back. We had only
gone there, in the first place, because we were going to Paris, but I think
it's well worth a visit on its own. Since we were only there for such a
short time, we took one of the tours. I think you'll enjoy your time there.
