Hi all,
We had a lovely visit to Victoria and Van Island several years ago, I
must recommend Tofino on the wild West coast as a must-see destination. It
is unbelievably beautiful.

We took a fantastic boat trip to the only natural hot spring on van
Island, along the way we spied Eagles and Humpbacks and Orcas

Anyway we stayed in Victoria at the centrally located hotel called the

The best thing we did was visit Sooke, about a half hour drive away from
Victoria. We stayed at a delightful B&B which I highly recommend :
