Hi Anne,
Last fall, I stayed at the Clarion Grand Pacific with my daughter
(yes, I do seem to go to Victoria quite a bit) and, though it was
just fine it was quite a standard type hotel with not too much
atmosphere. I have to say that the location of Laurel Point is far
superior in my opinion, that is in terms of its lovely gardens and
right on the water. The Grand Pacific is next door to the Parliament
buildings and very, very handy to everything if that is important to
you.
Just had to put my 2 bits in!
