Subject: Re: Paris guidebooks, walking, eating
Hello Ziners,

I'm still trying to plan a trip to Paris and just purchased two walking books, Walking Paris by Gilles Desmons and Guide to Impressionist Paris by Patty Lurie. Both look very interesting and give routes with explanations of historical content. I have some other general guidebooks as well- Dummies, Rick Steves, Lonely Planet, Going Like Lynn. I am hoping that I can study the first two intensely enough before leaving that I can list what I really want to see, map out some routes, and then just take the Lonely Planet Paris guidebook. I found the first two books on Amazon's website, and you can get a look at them there to see if they are what you're looking for.

Sincerely, majeba
