Subject: Re: Re: Euro Transition- Country Updates?
Hi from Italy

no different problems here than the ones already said. As Cova said, the real problem is understanding the value of things. At work I'm in the middle of renegotiating a supplier's contract, and he just gave me all the figures in old lire, because he can't think in euro yet. This way I need to convert them in euro, compare them with my budget (I have to understand it first..) then re-convert in lire for going back to the guy. Well, at least I get paid for it!

I've seen Austrian, French, German and Spanish Euro by now, I usually get a lot of strange change from the autostrada toll booth. The Italian coins have art masterpieces on the back, so if you love art as I do they are easily recognized.
