A cloudless day in the Pyrenees in the fall with a climb up to Lac Bleu
-- It had snowed lightly the previous night and when we reached the lake,
all was quiet and still -- The lake was a deep blue - almost as blue as
Crater Lake in Oregon, and the mountains that ringed the lake had snow caps
like cupcakes with fluffy frosting which were contrasted against the blue
sky. We sat a picnicked in the grasses with the fall crocus all around us
and I turned to my husband saying, It doesn't get any better than this!
