I, too, enjoyed Johannes' take on Ziner culture. Camp fire chats? Come to Oregon: I've campfire spots galore that would make most WOW lists...
Start on an Oregon beach, sunset, fresh crab &crisp white wine; then to a glen of old-growth spruce perfect for the telling of spooky stories while sitting on mossy rocks around the fire; next to a high mountain meadow in view of snow-covered volcanoes shimmering in the moonlight, cooking in the coals of a fire; &finally stargazing through the campfire smoke in the remote valleys of southeast Oregon, licking the stickiness of s'mores from our fingers.
Gotta go; there's a trail calling me right now....
