|Subject: We need help with advice on airlines/airports|
If anyone has info that would help us we would greatly
appreciate it. We have reserved seats at a great price for a trip to
Italy in November. We have not bought the tickets yet but must do
so tomorrow or lose them.
Our flight is on Air Canada from Seattle to Toronto and then Toronto to Milan. On the return we fly from Rome to Toronto and then Toronto to Seattle.
On epinions.com the reading on Air Canada is OK but everyone describes Toronto as an awful airport to go through.
Will we have to clear both Canadian customs as well as US custom even though we are only changing planes in Toronto?
Any info would be helpful.
Our alternative is a flight on Delta through Atlanta. Takes an hour longer in each direction and we would have a very short layover in Atlanta on the way out which worries us a little bit. It is almost the same price.
Hope you can give us some quick advice. We will be looking for more later on Italian destinations once we have our air tickets.
Thanks in advance for your help.
