| Subject: Never ride a gondola |

I remember getting off the bus which was the last mode of transportation
before getting on the gondola to Walter's Hotel Mittaghorn in Gimmelwald,
Switzerland. I am terrified of heights and didn't expect the steep ride up.
Wasn't hinking I guess. I told my husband there was no way I would go up.
Never, ever. The only other option was staying in the station all night
till a bus came the next day. I sat on the floor all the way up clutching
the beer we brought with. Once we got up there is was incredible. My
husband could not talk me into going any higher the next day but fortunately
(for me) the weather up higher was bad so nobody went. The ride down was
much better. I even stood up and looked over the side.
